Update 3.3: Latest Balance Changes

Update 3.3 brings a new round of balance changes, several card reworks, and important bug fixes to improve gameplay and overall stability. It is currently rolling out.

Three cards get more than a stat tweak. Each now leans into the Slay trigger, which fires when the character destroys a creature:

Previous Updates

Update 3.2: Stronghold Balance

A pass aimed at making the Stronghold faction more competitive, alongside UI polish and fixes.

Update 3.2 also added Nature Roots visuals for the Slow debuff, square store portraits, improved PC card zoom, and a hidden Battle Pass timer when more than 7 days remain, plus Daily Quest and localization fixes.

Update 3.1: Localization and Stability

A maintenance patch focused on translation and text-display fixes across languages, plus stability fixes: Battle Pass notification lingering after claiming quests, dispel token artifacts, missing Fates Token rewards on the victory screen, the finishing spell card not showing on a spell kill, and the Enrage effect not playing when copied through Magic Steal.

Update 3.0: Stronghold Rising

Path of Legends

This season introduced the Slay trigger (“triggers when this character destroys a creature”), a reworked Gold-to-Diamond division ladder, protection against losing a newly reached rank, inactivity decay for top Celestial players, and foil Heroes from basic packs. Card adjustments:

Broken Oaths

The Broken Oaths update added the 10-card Absolution Set, card Disenchantment (turn cards into gold), duplicate protection, an expanded Player Profile, the Battle Log, a Daily Bonus, and new daily quests. Balance highlights:
